Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery is available. Our local Firestorm quarry welcomes you to arrange your own trucking also, if you prefer, although delivery is available for all natural rock products.

How much time do you need to setup delivery?

For our Firestorm Granite retaining wall stone, we can accommodate same-day ordering although one to two days in advance is great whenever possible. It makes it easier on everyone involved if there is a comfortable time frame to work in. Talk to us if you need it sooner and we'll work hard to accommodate your schedule.

How much is delivery?

It depends upon the amount and type of stone and location.

How much does each rock weigh, or how many are in a ton?

It varies greatly because there are many different sizes or grades. A second example is of our Firestorm Granite retaining wall stone which varies in size from 12-18" hand-size to 4 ft. plus rocks. The weight for a hand-size rock may be 30 - 150 lbs while a 2-3 ft rock may weigh 1200 - 2000 lbs.

How much stone will I need for my project?

Estimate how much stone you will need by measuring your square footage, which is length x width. This applies to walkways, patios or walls too. Since there are different thicknesses of the stone and depending on the application it can vary quite a bit.

When I order flagstone, how much should I order to make sure I have sufficient stone?

To make sure you have enough stone, a percentage should be factored in that you may or may not use. Full pallet orders are necessary for flagstone and thin veneer. Retaining wall stone can be ordered as necessary.

Do you sell crushed gravels or other ground cover?

No crushed gravel is available from our quarries.

Do I have to arrange unloading of flagstone at my project with my own forklift or boom truck?

Retaining wall stone does not require any specific unloading machinery.

Do you design or install?

No, but we would be happy to pass along a recommendation of designers, installers and contractors.
